Collaboration and the innovations that organize it shape the lifestyle of an entire generation. In order to find forms of new cooperation, the framework in which the working world is ordered is increasingly changing. This is reflected not only in new spaces and the changing infrastructure of work in large companies, but also in the new cultural techniques of the diverse ventures of entrepreneurs, which are now growing strongly far beyond the urban context.

Thomas Diener has been managing director of FairWork GmbH since 1989.
He is a coach, supervisor (ÖVS), and career consultant with more than 20 years of consulting experience. His core theme is the co-creative shaping of the future. Accordingly, he also works as a facilitator of future workshops, Future Search conferences, strategy workshops, and as a social entrepreneur. In 1993 he won the award for innovative ideas in the social sector from the City of Zurich, as well as several prizes for projects against unemployment. For individual goal-finding in particular, he developed the method mix „Career and Life Navigation,“ which he has taught for more than eight years in various countries and universities. The theoretical foundation of his work is psychodrama and process-oriented psychology according to Dr. Arnold Mindell. There are also similarities to the Zurich Resource Model and to Claus Otto Scharmer’s Theory U.
