Günter Thoma
Since studying economics at the University of Witten/Herdecke, I have been working on professional transitions – for example the transition from university to work, or professional reorientation later in life. I work on this in different contexts: project development, workshops, and individual counseling.
I first met and came to appreciate Frithjof Bergmann in 1988 during my studies. I completed my semester abroad with him at the University of Michigan / USA in order to study „New Work – New Culture“ on site.
After my studies, I developed first project approaches in Germany together with Frithjof Bergmann and accompanied him to many lectures and workshops.
Formats: lecture, workshops, individual counseling
I work throughout Germany.

Collaboration and innovations for organizing it shape the lifestyle of an entire generation. In order to find forms of new collaboration, the framework in which the world of work is ordered is increasingly changing. This is reflected not only in new spaces and changing infrastructure for work in large companies, but also in the new cultural techniques of diverse entrepreneurial ventures, which are now growing strongly beyond the urban context.
