Aim of the 2-Day Seminar

New Work – New Culture is Frithjof Bergmann’s vision for the future of work made real. In this seminar, we show what contribution his philosophy can make to vocational education and professional guidance.

1. The concept is presented and explained in detail, creating the basis for applying this multilayered concept. At the same time, the differences between Bergmann’s original and what is commonly understood as New Work today are shown.
2. Methods are introduced that have emerged from the concept and from the work so far.
3. The special conditions that advisors need to consider in order to convey New Work – New Culture are addressed.

This seminar will sustainably change your understanding and competence around the theme of really, really wanting.

Target Group

This continuing education program is aimed at advisors, trainers, and coaches who support adults in their different professional situations and challenges:

• advisors working in career planning or as job coaches,
• advisors who orient or qualify adults professionally,
• advisors working in university career services,
• multipliers engaged in the field of work.
